In general, kung fu refers to the Chinese martial arts also called wushu and quanfa. In China, it refers to any study, learning, or practice that requires patience, energy, and time to complete. In its original meaning, kung fu can refer to any discipline or skill achieved through hard work and practice. Being fighting styles, Kung Fu advocates virtue and peace, not aggression or violence. This has been the common value upheld by martial artists from generation to generation. With a number of movement sets, boxing styles, weapon skills, and some fighting stunts, Kung Fu keeps its original function of self-defense. Now its value in body-building and fitness is also highly appreciated.

What you need to start you kong fu lesson training

  • A comfortable T-Shirt
  • Comfortable trousers that do not limit the opening of your legs
  • Long socks (to wear over the trousers up to the knees) to avoid treading the hem
  • Sportive shoes with a low sole
  • Do not buy anything, use what you already have.

How to do kung fu lessons for beginners?

For flexibility and endurance, you should stretching you legs in different way, Groups of jump will be need o training you strength and force: Frog jumps, Cossack jumps, duck walks, step ups, squats, squat jumps, sprints, toe jumps, one legged jumps. there is also enough running everyday to enhance you stamina.

Stances are commonly found in each style of Shaolin kung fu. The horse stance is a common stance used to develop thigh strength, endurance and patience. Known as zhan zhuang, or stance training, this position provides a foundation for training in learning intermediate and advanced kung fu moves. Stand with your feet farther than hip distance apart. Bend your elbows close to your sides, with hands fisted and facing upward in front of you. Sink down into a squatting position until your thighs are almost parallel to the floor.

We offer Kung Fu training and instructions to beginners and advanced students with previous martial arts experience who want to gain more skills through Shaolin Kung Fu training as well as effective self-defense and the actual combat martial arts training included.Skills in Action Movies training is offered for the students(actors) in need. There are courses of different lengths that range from one week to five years. Our Shaolin training students’ ages range from 6 to 70-years-old because Chinese Kung Fu is suitable for all ages to learn. The students may choose the length according to their personal schedule and unique passion for Chinese martial arts and Shaolin training.
